We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Carrier Notifications Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily business operations by handling carrier notifications and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in managing notifications such as cancellations, endorsements, and missing documents, while also contributing to process improvements and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage carrier notifications, including cancellations, endorsements, and missing documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling notification requests.
  • Support business operations by delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance.
  • Familiarity with Hawksoft and Smartsheet is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and meet daily deadlines.
  • Comfortable talking to US people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php150.00 per hour
