This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive HR Administrative Specialist based in the Philippines to help manage and support the company's HR operations.

This remote position is responsible for ensuring HR processes run smoothly, maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

  • Maintain employee records, HR policies, and documentation.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.

  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory benefits.

  • Handle employee relations, queries, and support performance evaluations.

  • Oversee training, employee engagement, and development programs.

  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics dashboards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a remote setup.

  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools.

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
