Job Summary / Position Objectives:
- The Sales and Marketing Manager for LUZON will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and promoting products and services, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales volumes in the assigned regions. This role includes identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance service quality and overall business performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales and marketing to achieve targets and revenue growth.
- Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and improve satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic alignment.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
- Set departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with company VMV.
- Manage, guide, and evaluate staff performance; ensure team development.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the department.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
--Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in Luzon.
-Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing analytics software.
-Ability to travel within the regions as required.
