What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new leads

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise efforts

  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and participate in strategic planning

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably within the industry

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse and interpret market insights

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are an advantage
