Project Sales Manager – Façade & Architectural Glass

Metro Manila / Luzon Area | With site visits as required

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with solid expertise in the façade, glass, and aluminum industry to spearhead our projects in Metro Manila and the Luzon region.

What You'll Do
  • Lead business development and project sales of façade systems (glass, aluminum, curtain walls, cladding, glazing).
  • Build and expand relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Prepare and negotiate bids, proposals, and contracts with strong technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project, design, and engineering teams to ensure execution excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in façade, glass, and aluminum sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade & architectural glass systems.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage large-scale projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Willing to travel across Metro Manila and Luzon project sites.
Key Success Metrics
  • Sales revenue & quota achievement.
  • Project conversion & bid-win ratio.
  • Client acquisition & retention.
  • Profitability of closed projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years sales experience in façade, glass & aluminum, or construction industry.
