The Role

As the Area Sales Manager - Industrial for Guill-Bern Corporation, you will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for managing key client accounts and relationships across the South or North Luzon region. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coach a team of Account Managers to effectively manage and grow key client accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network of contacts

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the industrial laboratory industry
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry trends in the biomedical sector
  • Preferably residing in Metro Manila
