HR Staff/HR Coordinator

- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
- Prepare employment contracts and deployment documents.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Ensure background checks, medicals, and pre-employment requirements are completed.
- Maintain proper documentation of deployed workers.
- Maintain and update employee records (both in-house and deployed personnel).
- Assist with preparation of HR reports, timesheets, and deployment rosters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate leave applications, contract renewals, and termination processes.
- Act as a point of contact for deployed workers regarding HR-related queries.
- Support grievance handling and help address workplace issues.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR experience, preferably in a staffing or manpower agency is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
