About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce operator and marketing assistant to join our dynamic team at LOOCK Intelligent and security device trading company. This is a full-time role based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our online sales and marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  2. Implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  3. Optimize website content and online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  4. Analyze website analytics and consumer data to identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns
  6. Provide administrative support to the marketing and e-commerce functions
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and web analytics
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  4. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
  5. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  6. Fresh Graduates or under Graduates are welcome
