Basic Purpose

The E-Commerce Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the company's online store. This role is responsible for uploading and maintaining product listings, assisting in order processing, ensuring accurate content across e-commerce platforms, and supporting promotional activities to drive online sales and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and update product details, pricing, images, and specifications on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Assist in processing online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with logistics or warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues, if any.
  • Support maintenance of the company's e-commerce store and other third-party platforms.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, discounts, and promotional activiti

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage, preferably in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of e-commerce tools or CMS is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
