This is a full-time E-Commerce Assistant role with Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the management and optimization of the company's e-commerce platform and online store
  2. Support digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing
  3. Analyze website and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, conversion-focused content for the website and online channels
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers
  6. Assist with inventory management, order fulfilment, and other e-commerce related administrative tasks

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and SEO best practices
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  4. Proficiency in using data analysis tools to track and report on website and marketing performance
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Proactive and customer-focused approach
  7. Familiarity with Magento, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms is an advantage
