Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.

-Monitor and analyze store performance, including sales trends, conversion rates, traffic, and other key metrics.

-Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, vouchers, and promotional activities to boost visibility and sales.

-Handle store operations such as product uploads, inventory updates, and order processing in coordination with warehouse and fulfillment teams.

-Ensure compliance with platform rules and prevent violations (e.g., late shipment, cancellation rate, return/refund issues).

-Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

-Prepare regular reports on performance, campaign results, and market trends to support decision-making.

-Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service) to align e-commerce strategies and achieve sales targets.

-Keep updated with e-commerce platform updates, policies, and emerging trends in online selling.

Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok accounts.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
