Role: Senior Manager, Enterprise MarketingWork setup: Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)Work location: Ortigas, PasigJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Enterprise Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic B2B marketing-as-a-service organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of marketing within a large organization and the ability to navigate and drive initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign management, and project execution within a large-scale enterprise setting.
Role & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with client cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to engage and communicate effectively with our enterprise customers. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
Utilize customer segmentation and profiling to create tailored marketing messages and campaigns that resonate with target audiences within our enterprise. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, implementation, tracking, and optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Work closely with the marketing analytics team to measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in enterprise marketing.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise marketing within a large-scale organization. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns within a large organization.
Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of marketing within a large organization, including cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
