Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Enterprise Risk Leader to oversee the risk and compliance functions of our esteemed client, an established fintech company.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in fintech and a strong understanding of the financial regulatory landscape.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of the company's risk management framework, identify and manage key risks across credit, operational, compliance, and market domains. They will ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and advise senior leadership on all matters related to enterprise risk.

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years in risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in fintech or financial services strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory standards, AML/CTF, data privacy, and consumer protection laws
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications such as FRM, CPA, or CRCMP and/or an MBA are a plus

This leadership role is critical in fostering a sound risk culture while supporting business evolution.
