About the Role

We invite talented professionals to join our team as a Group Executive: Ecosystem and Stakeholder Management. This dynamic position involves leading strategic oversight and collaboration across small enterprise ecosystems to foster growth, innovation, and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan for ecosystem development that aligns with organisational goals and the needs of the small enterprise sector.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the ecosystem, including government bodies, financial institutions, industry associations, and support organisations.
  • Facilitating partnerships for fundraising purposes.
  • Developing and implementing programs that enhance the capabilities of small enterprises, enabling them to thrive within the ecosystem.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • NQF Level 9 qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 10+ years of work experience in MSME development, stakeholder management, public relations, media, and corporate communications and marketing, with 5 years' experience in a senior management role.
