Key Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic development of our enterprise architecture. This role plays a pivotal part in leading complex projects and product development.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and product development, with at least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Proven knowledge in managing agile methodology and experience working in Agile environments.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement agile ceremonies and principles, and lead Agile Teams effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners across the organization to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain recognized agile software progress matrices, including burndown charts, velocity, and defect metrics.
  • Regularly prepare and track metric data using repeatable methods.
  • Monitor team capacity and velocity metrics for planning purposes.
