AHA Behavioral Design (AHA BD) is seeking a Business Growth Manager with strong expertise in public-sector and government partnerships. This role will secure high-value institutional accounts, build long-term collaborations, and oversee innovative, behavior-first solutions that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development and client acquisition with government agencies, LGUs, and multilateral organizations.
- Craft and implement penetration strategies aligned with growth targets.
- Turn insights into winning proposals, campaigns, and solutions.
- Manage complex projects from design to delivery, ensuring outputs meet government standards.
- Build strong partnerships with public institutions, CSOs, and development organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management — preferably with government or donor-funded projects.
- Strong background in public-sector engagement and procurement processes.
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results.
- Familiarity with government contracting/funding mechanisms in Metro Manila.
