We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in building partnerships, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and overall company growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and sales performance.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry-related events.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales or growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience in retail, design, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple accounts or projects.
  • Familiarity with sales reports, pipeline management, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong network-building skills and ability to establish long-term partnerships.
