About the role

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our employees, ensuring their needs are met and enabling them to thrive in their roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce and people-related priorities, and developing strategies to address them
  • Advising on employee relations matters and supporting managers in handling complex people-related issues
  • Driving the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes that enhance employee engagement, performance and development
  • Providing guidance on company policies, procedures and best HR practices
  • Collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and tools to better support the business

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience as a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner within the industrial or employee relations domain
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies and best practices, particularly in the areas of employee relations, performance management and organisational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve complex people-related issues
  • Experience in driving HR initiatives and projects that have a tangible impact on the business
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
