What you'll be doing:

As a People Partner for our Commercial functions in the Philippines, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people strategies support business success. This is a managerial position, with strategic influence across the organization. You'll work closely with leaders across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will be supporting Avon Philippines – one of the biggest and most dynamic markets of Avon International.

From advising on organizational design to supporting leadership development, you'll be a trusted partner helping to build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Aligning people strategies with commercial business goals

  • Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives

  • Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top commercial talents

  • Driving performance management and leadership development programs

  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with policies and laws

  • Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless support

  • Lead HR support for transformation programs including organizational redesign, workforce planning, and capability building.

  • Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high employee engagement

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years supporting commercial or sales teams as HR Business/ People Partner

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and business acumen

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business transformation or operating model shifts.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

  • Resilient, agile, and comfortable navigating change

  • Passionate about people and driving business growth
