We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to build and lead our people operations from the ground up. This is a critical leadership role that will partner directly with founders and team leads to shape company culture, develop people strategies, and support our high-growth journey. You'll be instrumental in helping us attract, retain, and develop top talent in a fast-moving consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and team needs
  • Own full-cycle talent management: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement
  • Champion our company culture and ensure it scales effectively as the team grows
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on org design, conflict resolution, and team development
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, benefits, and compliance
  • Lead initiatives around employer branding, career development, and workplace policies

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in an HRBP, People Manager, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Highly proactive, organized, and people-centric — you love building systems and culture
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about startups, consumer brands, and shaping a modern workplace for Gen Z
