Job Title: Senior Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Join us as a Senior Business Partner (HRBP) and play a key role in strengthening HR service delivery, aligning people strategies with business goals, and co-creating functional growth and talent development pathways.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business strategy through talent capability building by expanding the talent pool and strengthening succession planning.
  • Ensure high-quality staffing, talent assimilation, and retention in functional groups.
  • Co-create with Operations a functional competency model that guides hiring, development, and rewards.
  • Design critical skills enablement programs to close capability gaps and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Foster a performance-based culture through aligned metrics, assessments, and effective case handling.
  • Lead change management initiatives by developing strategies, assessing readiness, and delivering training.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, serving as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to align global, regional, and local HR strategies with business needs.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience in business process analysis, data analytics, organizational development, change management, or systems/process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE framework, organizational design, HRIS operations, and OD interventions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across the end-to-end human capital lifecycle (talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, etc.) and end-to-end HR processes.

  • HYBRID (4 days onsite, 1 day wfh)
