We're passionate about helping our customers achieve their fitness goals, and we're looking for a skilled paid ads specialist to drive growth through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.


Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Meta & Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running profitable e-commerce ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy and creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Provide weekly reporting on ad spend, ROAS, conversions, and other key KPIs.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to scale campaigns profitably.
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our team (marketing & creative) to align paid media with overall growth strategy.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving ROAS targets in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create, test, and refine ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry (preferred but not essential).
