Brand Specialist - Digital B2B

JANUARY 2026 START DATE

JOB PURPOSE

Support the execution of digital brand initiatives and help ensure consistent brand representation across digital channels for Generika Drugstore franchising and key account partnership, and digital platforms.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, affiliate, content) across franchising and key account channels
  • Assist in the launch and management of digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, Tiktok, Google, etc., for franchise recruitment, and B2B initiatives
  • Marketing support to e-commerce team.
  • Assist in planning and execution of B2B brand communications campaigns, national and local advertising and digital media campaigns
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency, analyze trends, and recommend optimizations
  • Manage the social media accounts and regularly update the websites for the store address, contact numbers, location and other sections of the site
  • Monitor competitor's digital content and other online strategies
  • Lead community management
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Network Expansion, and Digital Key Accounts Accounts on the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaign communications and programs
  • Coordinate with Generika's Digital, Creative, and Media Agencies.
  • Monitor brand spending versus budget allocation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of Marketing, Management, Communication or related field

  • A certification in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Brand Strategy is preferred

  • 1+ years experience in digital marketing or multi-channel digital campaigns (like SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, etc)

  • COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email automation platforms, CRM systems) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, can communicate with people from different levels
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
