HIRING: Brand Specialist Contractor (Pet Category – Confidential Brands)

Hybrid | Project-based (4–6 months)


About the Role

A local distributor and brand builder is preparing to launch two international pet brands in the Philippines under the premium nutrition and functional treats category.

We're looking for a **Brand Specialist (Contractor)** to help shape and execute the **launch and distribution plans** for both brands across online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market and launch strategies

  • Design distribution plans for vet clinics, pet shops, and e-commerce

  • Create marketing programs: PR, influencer campaigns, and ads

  • Coordinate with international principals on launch alignment

  • Prepare pricing, trade decks, and rollout timelines


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in brand management, trade marketing, or business development (FMCG or pet category)

  • Experience launching or scaling consumer brands

  • Strong grasp of both trade and digital marketing

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Setup: Hybrid, flexible with some meetings in South Metro Manila
