  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • With 3-5 years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment.
  • With experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, or Google Adwords.
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), and other software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Have a strong client poon on hand
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Have the ability to formulate, apply and manage programs for sales and marketing.
  • With vehicle/motorcycle and license is a plus.

Operations and Sales:

  • Coordinate daily pest control service operations, including scheduling, team deployment, and service quality monitoring.
  • Support sales growth by identifying potential clients, preparing quotations, and assisting in client meetings.
  • Align and work closely with the Sales Admin Assistant in tracking client accounts, service performance, and sales reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service follow-up.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as creating brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Represent the company in pest control events, exhibits, and trade fairs.
  • Assist in online and field marketing efforts to promote company services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
