SEO Specialist

Location: Parañaque City

We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team

You'll play a key role in improving organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and enhancing the brand's online visibility through effective SEO strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines (on-page SEO).
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements on site structure, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships (off-page SEO).
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Generate and present SEO performance reports to management.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (especially WordPress).
  • Experience conducting site audits, technical troubleshooting, and implementing structured data.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and results.
  • Google Analytics and Search certifications (a plus).
  • Familiarity with local SEO, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), or international SEO preferred.
