Wait Staff

The Wait Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders promptly and accurately, attending to guest needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. The Wait Staff serves as the frontline representative of the establishment, upholding service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations when needed.
• Serve orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality of service.
• Attend to guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order flow.
• Process payments and issue receipts when necessary.
• Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and a team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
