Position Title: Salesforce Administrator

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with proven experience managing and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business processes and drive CRM efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and security settings.
• Design, implement, manage, and test automations using Flow.
• Process Documentation
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Perform regular data audits, to ensure data integrity across the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates or features.
• User Support, both for existing features and implementing new features
• User Documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
• Proficiency in report and dashboard creation, data management, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certification(s)
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments using project management tools like Jira or Asana.
