Position Title: Senior Accountant (Real Estate)
Work Set Up: Work From Home
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and process improvements. This role requires expertise in Yardi, financial analysis, and real estate accounting.
What You'll Do:
Manage general ledgers for assigned properties, including journal entries and accruals
Review ledgers and invoice coding in Yardi Payscan for accuracy and missed tenant chargebacks
Perform CAM and tax escalations true-ups, tenant inquiries, and delinquency management
Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets with variance analysis
Data gathering for corporate income tax team and other tax compliance reporting
Perform both detailed and high level analysis as required on assigned properties
Understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash receipts, bank reconciliations and lease administration functions of commercial real estate and how they drive the financial results of assigned properties.
Prepare year-end work papers and support schedules as needed by external auditors
Year-end closing journal entries and rolling ledgers forward for the following year
Assisting the accounting team with Yardi special projects and process improvement tasks
Annual budget preparation
What We're Looking For:
Proficient in Excel
5+ years of extensive exposure to commercial real estate accounting.
Strong accounting skills.
Yardi Voyager experience a plus
Working knowledge of income tax rules and regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting designation
preferred
