Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM PH Time Zone

Salary Budget: Php 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 gross salary package

We are looking for a versatile and technically skilled Applications Developer to join our client-facing team and support both internal and external projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in development and building custom business applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is responsible for delivering clean, scalable solutions across ERP and low-code platforms, as well as maintaining ongoing enhancements, integrations, and automation workflows.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Qualifications as an Application Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven Odoo development experience, ideally with and Odoo Online v19.
• Strong Python and XML coding skills.
• Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb Reports, and server-side logic.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 development, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure connectors.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs for system integrations.
• Skilled in ETL and data migration tools and practices.
• Understanding of project delivery lifecycle for business applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines and delivery deadlines independently.
• Certifications in Odoo, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
• Bonus: experience with other ERP or business application implementations, development, or support.

Your responsibilities as an Application Developer would be:

• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and map them to Odoo modules and M365 apps.
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo Studio.
• Configure and enhance existing features to align with business workflows and logic.
• Build integrations between Odoo and external systems, including Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, etc.) and other third-party platforms (CRM, accounting, or data systems).
• Develop REST API connectors and manage data exchange between systems.
• Plan and execute data migrations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and validation before and after migration.
• Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, and deploy changes using version control and QA best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and create end-user guides for new features and enhancements.
• Offer post-deployment support, proactively monitor usage, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain existing automation flows and applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
