Job description:

Major Deliverables

  • Achieve company target of 30 Marketable Sows per Year (MSY) and ensure superior product quality
  • Ensure full compliance with Supply Chain SOPs
  • Complete all required departmental training
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Uphold the company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values

Duties and Responsibilities1. Biosecurity Compliance

  • Enforce standard shower-in procedures
  • Ensure 4-day non-exposure prior to farm entry
  • Enforce 48-hour downtime from MSA before entering HSA
  • Implement no four-legged food product policy
  • Ensure personal belongings used in MSA are not brought into HSA
  • Monitor animal traffic control
  • Maintain footbath protocols
  • Prohibit personal accessories inside farm premises
  • Ensure proper uniform usage

2. Supply Chain and Warehouse Management

  • Implement and comply with Operations SOPs (Supply Chain & Warehousing)
  • Monitor cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of supply rooms and warehouses
  • Manage inventory forecasting, monitoring, and timely requisition
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Prepare accurate and timely supply forecasts and requisitions
  • Verify quantity and quality of supplies upon receiving
  • Enforce warehousing standards (FIFO, proper stock arrangement, special handling such as vaccines)
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure continuous operations

3. Operational Support

  • Serve as backup for:
  • Farm Administration (Canteen)
  • Production–Sales Coordination
  • Farm Support Operations

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provide:
  • Daily feed updates
  • Harvest summaries
  • Weekly supplies updates
  • Silo readings and text reports
  • Monthly supply forecasts and requisitions
  • Ensure accurate data encoding in Excel and Microsoft NAV
  • Maintain proper data management systems

5. Compliance and Professional Conduct

  • Attend required meetings, seminars, and trainings
  • Complete daily work assignments as required
  • Follow assigned work schedules
  • Comply with management and supervisor instructions
  • Foster teamwork, trust, respect, and cooperation
  • Perform other duties as assigned on a temporary basis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of BS Agriculture or any business-related course (advantage)
  • Experience in swine production (advantage)
  • Responsible, flexible, and hardworking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding farm environment
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills
  • High initiative and adaptability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
