Position Summary

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving performance across multiple teams. This role works closely with the Site Director, clients, and internal stakeholders to consistently achieve operational targets, client satisfaction, and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess productivity and performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Cluster Managers and Transition Managers to foster a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage operational budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and financial performance
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other support teams to support operational goals
  • Work with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored operational solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management role
  • Extensive experience in operations management, preferably within BPO, healthcare support, or service-driven environments
  • Proven track record of leading multi-team or multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, operational budgets, and client-facing operations
  • Willingness to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or professional leadership certification
  • Experience leading large-scale operations, transitions, or growth initiatives
  • Strong background in process improvement, cost control, and operational excellence
