Operations Supervisor
Visayas Area
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support our warehouse, logistics, production, and cold chain operations in Mindanao. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in food, logistics, or distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse, logistics, and production activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cold chain standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy, FIFO, and dispatch operations
- Lead and guide warehouse staff, drivers, and production personnel
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare operational reports and assist in resolving daily issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of operations experience, with supervisory exposure
- Experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, or distribution is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
