JOB SUMMARY:

As the Technical Support Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the team responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our organization's enterprise applications. Your role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 Years of experience in application support or a related IT role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications and retail applications.
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL query languages
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, such as JDA, Netsuite , WMS, Data warehousing, POS Application, etc.
  • Experience in coaching, leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Excellent RCA, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
