JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle and oversee materials receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Monitor, encode, and prepare documents for all incoming materials, issuance, transfer, and dispatch of interior decor products
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring proper handling and storage of interior decor products and packaging materials.
  • Provide proper coordination and assistance with requesting departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory monitoring and counting, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Assist in overseeing manpower scheduling, work assignments, and training of newly hired packers.
  • Coordinate with various departments and personnel regarding logistics requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Graduate
  • Atleast 1 year experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with suppliers, delivery partners, and customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate lifting when needed.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly in resolving delivery or stock issues.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive work attitude.
  • Preferably with motor service going to work and knows how to drive 4-wheels is an advantage but not necessarily required
  • Willing to be assigned near Dasma Bayan, Dasmarinas City, Cavite
  • Working Schedule: 6 days a week
