The Logistics Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods across the supply chain. This role is critical in managing a team of logistics staff, coordinating transportation and inventory, optimizing supply chain performance, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

  • Lead and supervise a team of logistics personnel (drivers, warehouse workers, coordinators, etc.).
  • Assign tasks and set clear expectations for team members.
  • Provide training, development, and performance reviews for staff.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products.
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Review and adjust daily routing schedules for drivers to maximize efficiency.
  • Supervise inventory control, stock management, and regular cycle counts.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse layout, ensuring goods are stored efficiently and safely.
  • Manage goods receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
  • Oversee proper handling, packaging, and labeling of products.
  • Work with transportation providers to schedule shipments and deliveries.
  • Negotiate transportation rates and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor delivery times and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays.
  • Analyze and evaluate logistics processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in logistics operations.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost reduction, and inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on logistics performance and operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation and safety regulations.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse and transportation areas.
  • Perform regular safety audits and ensure that employees follow safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
