Job Summary:

The Logistics Staff is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and delivery operations of the company. This role ensures that all delivery documents are properly prepared, shipments are accurate and on time, and inventory movements are well-documented. The Logistics Staff works closely with transport providers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to support smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, check, and file logistics documents such as delivery receipts, packing lists, waybills, and gate passes.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and third-party couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and immediately report delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse operations by monitoring inventory for dispatch, recording item movements, and assisting with stock checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, returned goods, and pending shipments for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the sales and production teams to align delivery schedules with client requirements.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving logistics-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head to support efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • At least a college level or graduate of any 4-year course in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related field (preferably in manufacturing or construction industry).
  • Knowledge of basic logistics processes, documentation requirements, and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
