Overview:

The Team Leader will oversee the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliveries. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining smooth daily workflows, and ensuring that all operational, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily dispatch schedules and activities.
  • Supervise and guide the production team to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality in order processing.
  • Check and verify all orders for completeness, correct labeling, and proper packaging before dispatch.
  • Coordinate closely with couriers and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and update records of dispatch operations, including daily reports and performance metrics.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality control standards in all operations.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize dispatch accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP/WMS preferred).
  • Computer literate; proficient in basic Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
