Axelum Resources Corp., a global leader in coconut-based food manufacturing, is seeking a
Supply Chain Planning Officer
to join our growing team. This key role will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end supply chain activities for either
Export Markets
or
Local Distribution
, depending on organizational needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for supply chain professionals to contribute to a dynamic and globally competitive FMCG operation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategies for efficient, cost-effective product movement across markets.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management:

  • Analyze sales and trend data to forecast demand, maintain ideal stock levels, and avoid shortages or overstock.

Supplier & Logistics Coordination:

  • Engage with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution:

  • Quickly identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to synchronize plans and activities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs (e.g. lead times, OTIF, cost metrics) and report results and insights to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 3 to 5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Experience with
    MRP systems
    and planning tools is an advantage.
  • Solid track record of managing order fulfillment and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of inventory methods (e.g. FIFO, LIFO) is a plus.
