MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Oversees the strategic and operational aspects of procurement and supply chain management. The role ensures the cost-effective, timely, and compliant acquisition and movement of goods and services across all properties. This role also drives supplier performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with overall business objectives through strategic sourcing, planning, and logistics optimization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Category Management

  • Formulate and implement procurement strategies aligned with the business goals.
  • Analyze spending patterns and research market trends to uncover sourcing opportunities.
  • Define and establish plans with measurable cost, quality, and service-level objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, select and accredit suppliers to ensure best value and sustainable sourcing outcomes.

Supply Chain and Operations Management

  • Direct demand forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain optimal stock leels and secure timely distribution to all operational locations.
  • Track supply chain KPIs (lead time, fulfillment accuracy, cost-to-serve and drive performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to streamline purchasing processes and sustain supply continuity.

Supplier and Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through periodic reviews focused on quality, reliability, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and supply chain priorities with operational requirements.
  • Uphold compliance with ethical sourcing practices, sustainability principles, and regulatory standards.

Risk, Compliance, and Process Improvement

  • Identify potential risks in supply and procurement operations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, and governance protocols.
  • Initiate and execute continuous improvement programs targeting systems, processes, and cost efficiency.

Leadership and People Development

  • Define clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management, (3 years in leadership, capacity)
  • Proven expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier optimization
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to work in a full on-site set up and willing to travel frequently
  • Amenable to work full-time in Makati City
