Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to manage the end-to-end operational execution of our supply chain. This role ensures seamless procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution across our network of approximately 230 stores offering beauty services and product retail. The manager will be key in executing strategies to balance cost efficiency, operational reliability, and timely supply to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the execution and management of:

  • Operational Execution & Support: Manage the daily operations of the supply chain function. Support the Head of Supply Chain in executing strategic plans and implementing contingency measures to ensure operational resilience.
  • Procurement & Sourcing: Execute the sourcing strategy for all beauty and retail-related goods. Manage supplier relationships and oversee the negotiation of purchasing contracts to ensure quality, value, and reliable supply.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Manage the operations of our centralized warehousing hubs and oversee the last-mile delivery systems for our 230 stores. Focus on minimizing distribution costs while ensuring on-time and complete delivery to all locations.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: Execute demand forecasting models and inventory control policies established by leadership. Actively manage inventory levels across the network to minimize stockouts and reduce overstock.
  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, stock accuracy, and logistics costs. Ensure strict operational compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven operational expertise in procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and multi-site logistics within a retail or services environment, ideally in the beauty sector.
