Supply Chain Specialist – Inventory Planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or demand planning, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain processes, including procurement, distribution, replenishment, and store operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management concepts, such as safety stock, buffer stock, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and inventory costing.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to inventory handling, data integrity, and audits.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory tracking, ordering, and reporting.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, navigate databases, and perform basic queries (SQL skills are a plus).
