Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HRBP Senior Supervisor located in Pasig. The HRBP Senior Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. The role involves collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, conducting employee training and development programs, and managing employee benefits and compensation. Additionally, the HRBP Senior Supervisor will address employee grievances, support recruitment processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR supervisory role is preferred
