About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Support Agent to join our growing team in Cebu. In this role, you will provide front-line assistance to patients, clients, and healthcare providers by handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring accurate documentation. This is an onsite role with a one-day hiring process for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
- Assist patients with inquiries, scheduling, and claims-related concerns
- Perform insurance verification and update patient records
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and maintain quality support
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a healthcare account
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Can start immediately
