Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based healthcare professionals.
- Handle patient and clinic inquiries through calls, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Assist with healthcare-related tasks, including insurance verification, claims, and billing.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve client service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background preferred but not required).
- Willing to work U.S. hours and shifting schedules.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
