Work Location: On-site at Ebloc 3, Padriga St., Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based healthcare professionals.
  • Handle patient and clinic inquiries through calls, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Assist with healthcare-related tasks, including insurance verification, claims, and billing.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve client service goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background preferred but not required).
  • Willing to work U.S. hours and shifting schedules.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
