Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Assist U.S.-based healthcare providers, clinics, and patients with inquiries and requests
- Perform healthcare-related administrative tasks according to client protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- At least
1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
(CSR, TSR, or similar role) - Excellent English communication skills
—both verbal and written - Experience in a
Healthcare or BPO account
is an advantage, but not required - Willing to work on
shifting schedules
