Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Assist U.S.-based healthcare providers, clinics, and patients with inquiries and requests
  • Perform healthcare-related administrative tasks according to client protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery

Qualifications

  • At least
    1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
    (CSR, TSR, or similar role)
  • Excellent English communication skills
    —both verbal and written
  • Experience in a
    Healthcare or BPO account
    is an advantage, but not required
  • Willing to work on
    shifting schedules
    aligned with U.S. hours
