Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager
 located in BGC Taguig. The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and team members, managing project timelines, conducting inspections, and handling logistics management. The Project Manager will also expedite processes to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.

The work setup is 
primarily hybrid
—with flexibility for 
WFH arrangements
 when site visits are not required. The Project Manager is expected to report to project sites or the office as needed and should be open to a 
flexible work schedule
 to meet project demands.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of 
    Architecture
  • With 
    4–7 years of experience
     in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in 
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design/project management software
  • Familiar with 
    construction standards, permits, and documentation processes
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
