JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee project activities. Ensure targets for SHE, quality, schedule, and budget are met. Review and implement project budgets, detailed schedules, work plans, and manpower requirements. Develop detailed electrical and automation system designs, including control panels, instrumentation, motor controls, power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems. Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), technical specifications, and material take-offs (MTOs) Prepare technical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and automation logic diagrams using relevant tools. Identify and resolve issues causing project delays. Organize, staff, and update the project’s organizational structure in coordination with HR. Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct regular meetings to address project concerns. Oversee and ensure proper implementation of safety programs on-site. Submit regular, timely, and accurate reports to the VP for Operations or President, highlighting any issues or risks. Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements. Monitor contractor activities and ensure conformance with design, specifications and safety regulations. Performs other related tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any BS Engineering course (Electrical Engineering preferred) At least 1 year of experience in Project site Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Licensed Engineer is a plus Experience in wiring and installation Familiar with design and visualization tools Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) Understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and performance benchmarks Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and manage project timelines Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills Excellent time management and organizational ability Good oral and written communication in English Has a professional and team-oriented approach to work Willing to work onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
