Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Valenzuela for an Imports Management Coordinator. The Imports Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating import activities, ensuring compliance with all regulations, preparing and processing import documentation, and communicating with suppliers and customs authorities. Day-to-day tasks include tracking and monitoring shipments, coordinating with internal departments, and resolving any issues that arise during the import process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training team members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration is a must. Licensed as a Broker is a plus.
  • Previous experience in import management or logistics is preferred.
  • Open for fresh graduate.
