Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing product or service information. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotional offers.

Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication, active listening, and effective problem-solving. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer feedback, and product or service promotions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide quality assistance.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and outbound call quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required).
  • At least 1 year of CSR experience in a BPO setting (inbound and/or outbound).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and strong willingness to learn.
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
